These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of EverPrompt (https://everprompt.app) provided by PIXELFINE TECHNOLOGIES LTD (HE 489195).
By creating an account or using EverPrompt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
EverPrompt is a prompt management workspace that lets you store, organize, publish, export, and analyze AI prompts. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security or legal risk.
3. Your content
- You retain ownership of prompts and other content you submit.
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve EverPrompt.
- If you publish prompts publicly, you understand they may be visible to other users and indexed where permitted by your settings.
- You must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with platform stability, security, or performance.
- Use the service to generate or distribute spam, malware, or illegal material.
- Scrape or abuse APIs in ways that harm the service or other users.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
5. Plans, billing, and trials
EverPrompt may offer free and paid plans. When paid plans are available, pricing, limits, billing intervals, and trial terms will be shown at checkout or on the pricing page before you subscribe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Payments are processed by Stripe or another designated payment provider.
- Refunds, if any, are handled according to the plan terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
- We may change plan limits or pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
6. Third-party AI services
Some features rely on third-party AI providers or API keys you supply. Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for third-party model output, availability, or policy enforcement.
7. Intellectual property
EverPrompt, including its branding, software, and design, is owned by PIXELFINE TECHNOLOGIES LTD or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or underlying platform except the limited right to use the service.
8. Disclaimers
EverPrompt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and using prompts appropriately.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PIXELFINE TECHNOLOGIES LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or EUR 100.
10. Termination
You may stop using EverPrompt at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued service becomes impractical for legal, security, or operational reasons.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
